The Oculus Rift, which was first announced back in March of this year, is a virtual reality headset that works with an Oculus Rift camera to give you a virtual image of your virtual environment.
The headset itself is powered by Nvidia’s Tegra processor, which can handle 4K video and 120Hz refresh rate.
However, it does not come with an onboard camera and it does require a third-party camera that you need to buy.
If you have a $499 Oculus Rift headset, you can also get an Oculus Home.
The Oculus Home is a cheaper option that comes with an external camera and uses a built-in microSD card slot.
However you can still use an Oculus Camera to capture a 3D scene and upload it to the Oculus Home, which is what we’re going to look at today.
